Our morning program themes change from week to week with topics for all interests. Campers will spend time with a variety of teachers, including STEM, PE, and Art, all while experiencing theme-based exploration. Our camp staff is fully committed to providing a nurturing, respectful, and exciting summer for your child. Afternoon sessions are available if you would like to extend camp to a full day. Afternoon sessions are multi-age and less structured than our morning, filled with water play, board games, and a variety of other opportunities for personal expression and creativity.

2026 Camp Themes

Week 1 — Time Travelers (June 29-July 3)
Step inside our magical time-travel machine where each day transports campers to a completely different era! One morning we may be digging up dinosaur fossils or painting like early cave artists, and the next we might find ourselves building castle armor or designing futuristic gadgets. Kids will create time-travel passports, decode clues, and collect souvenirs from each world they visit. No one knows what day — or century — tomorrow will bring!

Week 2 — Where the Wild Things Are (July 6-10)
Inspired by the beloved Maurice Sendak story, this week combines adventure, art, imagination, and emotional expression. Campers will create monster masks, build cozy hideaways, design maps of imaginary islands, and even lead their own “wild rumpus.” Activities will encourage bravery, self-expression, and teamwork while celebrating what makes each child uniquely wild, wonderful, and powerful. Join us as we crown our own Kings and Queens of Creativity!

Week 3 — Ooey Gooey Science (July 13-17)
Bring your curiosity — this is the ultimate week for hands-on, messy, silly, surprising science fun! Campers will mix, stir, squish, squeeze, and experiment with bubbly and slimy concoctions while also learning to make predictions and test results. From fizzy potions to stretchy slime labs, every day is packed with sensory exploration and scientific wonder. This week is proof that learning is absolutely splash-tacular!

Week 4 — I ❤️ New York (July 20-24)
Travel from the Adirondack peaks to the bright lights of NYC, all without leaving camp! We’ll explore state symbols, famous landmarks, wildlife, and cultural traditions that make New York truly unforgettable. Campers may design postcards, build skyline models, channel Broadway energy, or sample orchard-inspired treats. It’s an adventure bursting with hometown pride and state-wide celebration!

Week 5 —  Jungle Safari (July 27-31)
Pack your explorer gear — we’re heading deep into the rainforest to discover mysterious animals, colorful plants, and hidden jungle secrets! Campers will transform into adventurers with handmade binoculars, camouflage crafts, and animal role-play. Each day adds a new mission, from following animal tracks to building mini jungle huts or vine-inspired obstacle courses. Get ready to crawl, climb, listen, and imagine like real wildlife explorers!

Week 6 —  Creative Campers (August 3-7)
This week is all about letting imagination take the lead as campers dive into hands-on art, building, crafting, and maker projects. Whether it’s painting with nature brushes, constructing recycled-material inventions, or creating collaborative murals, every day offers something different and exciting. Campers will learn to think like artists and engineers by planning, designing, testing, and proudly sharing their creations. Get ready for a
whirlwind of color, creativity, and innovation!
