Thank you for your interest in Saratoga Independent School.  We are hard at work implementing two parallel paths, in-person learning and remote/hybrid learning.  We are currently offering in-person learning five days a week as well as a full time remote option for families that would prefer to be home. Please visit our COVID-19 Page for information regarding the new health and safety measures we have put in place.

While some classes are at capacity, we do have room for new students in others.  Are you interested in learning more about SIS for this school year?  We invite you to visit us! Call to schedule a private or virtual tour of our school.  We will walk you through a typical day of an SIS student for this Fall and answer any questions that you have.

Its also never too early to enroll for the school year.  Some classes had a wait list this fall and we wouldn't want you to miss out on the opportunity to have your child benefit from our stimulating academic curriculum and strong school community environment.

You may also contact Colleen Fortune by email (cfortune@siskids.org) or by phone (518-583-0841) for more information and to schedule a visit.

Do you love what we have to offer?
Below lays out our enrollment process.

Enrollment Process:

Step 1
Open an account, complete the online application and submit the application fee of $100. Saratoga Independent School has a rolling admissions policy. We strongly recommend that you complete an application early since our classes will fill.

Step 2
Once the application has been completed, you will be contacted by Colleen Fortune to schedule a classroom visit and meet our Head of School, Robert Ahrens.  Students applying for admission during the summer will have a meeting with a teacher or with the Head of School.

Step 3
If applicable, have your child's academic records forwarded to SIS either by fax (518-587-6831) or email (cfortune@siskids.org). Academic records are not required for incoming Pre-K students.

Step 4
Once the above steps have been completed, the Admission Committee meets and you will then be by email of acceptance.
