Fall After School Clubs : October 13th - November 20th Time: 3:15 - 4:30pm
Registration will open at 7am on Wednesday, September 23  - HERE (link will go live)
Registration deadline: October 4

*No school for Parent Teacher Conferences: Monday, Nov 2 & Tuesday, Nov 3. These clubs will be made up on November 23 & 24.
Club fees range based on whether there is a supply fee.
TIPS: You will need your FACTS login and a credit card. Each child must have a separate registration.

PA Ongoing Fundraisers

Minted: when ordering your holiday cards this season, be sure to use the code FUNDRAISESARATOGA to receive 20% off your order. 15% of orders placed will be donated back to the PA at the end of the year.


Name Bubbles: a local company that makes custom labels for clothing and school supplies. When you shop, be sure to go to the shopping site via our school so 20% of your order will be donated back to the PA.

Kindergarten families are invited to a casual meet up / play date on the Lower School Playground. The Parent Association will have snacks! This is a great opportunity to help students get comfortable and excited about the start of school.

PreK families are invited to a casual meet up / play date on the PreK playground. This is a great opportunity for students to get comfortable and excited about the start of the school year. The Parent Association will bring snacks and will be available to answer any questions.

K-8 Supply Drop Off / Parent Association Welcome Reception

Bring your school supplies and get set up in your classroom. The PA will be in the Great Room to greet you and answer any questions.

PreK Orientation and PA Welcome Reception
September 11, 2026
PreK students and families can bring supplies to the classroom and get organized for the year. Students will be able to meet and play with new classmates and get comfortable with the classroom, teacher and playground. NOTE: There are two sessions for this, based on last name. A-M: 9-10:15am N-Z: 10:30-11:45am

Doors open at 8:25, class begins at 8:50. Dismissal is at 3pm.
Friday, September 18
Fall Family Picnic, Ice Cream Social and Foam Party
September 18, 2026 | 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Families are invited to celebrate the start of the year. Bring a blanket and chairs, pack a picnic (or buy pizza on site), and enjoy a fun night on the SIS soccer field. This event is hosted by the Parent Association

K-5 Back to School Night

Stop in to see how your student has settled into the classroom, and learn about what the year ahead looks like. Visit with the teachers, parents, and other students. The night will begin with remarks in the Great Room at 6:30pm.

Parent Park & Perk
September 24, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Great Room
Join other parents and Kristen Mariotti, Head of School, for some casual coffee and conversation with other parents after drop off. The social hour ends at 10am, but you can pop in for any amount of time before that. The event will be hosted near the Great Room.
PreK - Middle School Back to School Night
September 24, 2026 | 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Enjoy seeing how your student has settled in to the new school year, visit classrooms, teachers, parents and students. The evening will begin with remarks in the Great Room at 6:30pm.
